Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

NuovaCasa offers delivery throughout South Africa. For areas outside major metropolitan regions, delivery times may vary, and additional arrangements may be required.

2. Delivery Rates

  • Flat Rate: R1,500 (incl. VAT) per item.
  • This rate applies to each individual item purchased, regardless of size or weight.
  • Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • In-Stock Items: 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 12–14weeks, depending on the design and manufacturing lead time.
  • We will confirm your estimated delivery date once your order is processed.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
  • All deliveries are handled by professional furniture logistics providers to ensure safe transport.
  • Delivery includes placement of items in the designated room within your premises, but does not include installation unless stated otherwise in your order.

5. Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access (e.g., staircases, hoists, remote locations).
  • If delivery requires special equipment or permits, we will inform you in advance.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery area is accessible and clear of obstacles.
  • Confirm that all items can fit through entrances, stairways, and hallways before purchase.
  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

7. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If there are any damages or discrepancies, note them on the delivery receipt and inform our customer service team within 48 hours.

8. Delays

  • While we strive to meet all delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, transport disruptions).
  • We will notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.
